A 1960's muscle car or any other car of that era for that matter to run anything under the hood and pollute all they want because it's smog exempt but because Cjw3's Z doesn't have a PRV solenoid he fails! Even though it probrably runs like a low emissions hybrid compared to any of those older cars......only in our great state of California!!
